Sir. Lancalot has passed

As of 12'colock P.M. on Monday my best friend and hound passed away. He could no longer bark or howl and would no longer eat or take treats. And that means no more oral medicine.

The Doctor was pretty good and Lance trusts and likes him. So there was no fear and shivering like with the local vet. Walked him around the park on last time, at least the best he could with his limited energy and took him in.

I held him while the meds were delivered, and I was the last person he saw while he passed. It took less then two seconds to pass out and in 8 his heart stopped.
I miss the little guy.
