Thanks all of you that still fallow my blog. Work and life seem to get in the way and I have just not been able to find much time to blog or to hobby much.
But on a much sadder note, my best friend and beagle Sir Lancelot has be diagnosed with cancer.
The Vets are giving him any where from a few weeks to a few months.
I've never really been a fan of those who blog for the sake of churning out daily or weekly posts for the sake of it. Posts come when they come and are usually all the better for that.
Sorry to hear about your dog he's a handsome chap. They really do become members of the family and it's hard to describe how much they come to mean to you.
Thanks guys. This pup has saved my life, and helped me deal with issues stemming from my time in the service. I am going to make the time we have left count. he can spend as much time in the park as he wants and eat what he will. We have a short time to spend with these guys and the time goes to fast.
I have had the privledge of owning 2 beagles and they are the greatest dogs ever. Sir Lancelot looks like a champion. These guys always give more than they get and are tougher than steel. Hang in there Moody.
Agreed, little guy is still hanging on. the meds have really helped to make him feel and act like his old self. His apatite is back at least. But Its still terminal. I just want the little guy to be happy with the time he has left so if he can eat what he wants and sleep where he wants.
Not good news Chris... sorry to hear that mate.

ReplyDeleteThat's the plane, just spent an hour in the park with him. He loves the grass and trees.

ReplyDeleteSo sorry to hear about Sir Lancelot- enjoy the time you have with him. Real life like this is far more important than gaming and blogging.
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Pete.
